I finally got the posts in. They're 15x15x270cm and the tenons are 8cm. Even though it was just me putting them up it went pretty smoothly except for a few. There are 9 of them for the first floor and they're quite close (about 150cm apart), but that's because the logs I got free for the infill walls are about that length. The beams for the second floor should be up early next month.
